Our Business Management System (BMS) has been developed based on a decade of experience and competence development from offshore and inshore operations. The system is fully process-based and has core processes and support processes to cover management of all business functions and project phases.

The Business Management System combined with our competent personnel enables SubseaPartner to manage multiple subsea projects of high complexity while maintaining full control of Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Risk Management.
